POLB close to signing $4.6bn MHT lease

20/1/12: The US Port of Long Beach (POLB) has reached a tentative agreement on a 40-year, $4.6bn lease with Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) for the Port’s Middle Harbor Terminal (MHT) in what would be the largest deal of its kind for any US seaport.

Kinder Morgan ups BOSTCO stake

Kinder Morgan Energy Partners has acquired TransMontaigne Partners’ 50% interest in the Battleground Oil Specialty Terminal Company (BOSTCO) project, a $430m oil terminal currently under development on the Houston Ship Channel in Texas.
