LONDON, 13.04.2016 - Shereen Zarkani, recently-appointed head of Reefer Management at Maersk Line, will be the first to admit that implementing realtime remote container management (RCM) technology across the carrier’s global refrigerated container operations has not been without its challenges. Maersk’s new RCM system, which connects the entire 270,000+ reefer container fleet of Maersk Line, MCC Transport, Safmarine, SeaLand and SeagoLine, went live operationally in Q3 2015 and was first officially launched in public at last year’s Cool Logistics Global Conference in Bruges
